Understanding QC Photos
QC (Quality Control) photos are the single most important reference in the ACBuy Spreadsheet workflow. Warehouse staff photograph every item once the seller ships it in — before you pay international shipping. Learn to read the details: stitching, logo placement, sole shape, hardware weight. A good QC set has at least six photos from multiple angles.
Shipping to the UK
ACBuy supports several shipping lines to the United Kingdom. Regular air is the cheapest and works for most plain goods. Sensitive air is required for branded items — it costs more but avoids seizure. Sea freight is best when your consolidated parcel is over 20 kg. Duty and VAT depend on declared value; low declarations are common but come with insurance trade-offs.
